Welcome to Joy Tour & Travel. By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable travel experience for all our guests.
1. About Joy Tour & Travel
At Joy Tour & Travel, we specialize in creating personalized travel experiences that combine comfort, adventure, and discovery. With years of industry experience, our team is committed to turning your travel plans into memorable journeys, whether you are seeking luxury, leisure, or budget-friendly travel.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Final confirmation vouchers will be issued after full payment is received.
- Prices may vary during peak season, festivals, or due to changes in government policies.
3. Package Inclusions
- Sightseeing as per itinerary
- Transportation as mentioned in the package
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Accommodation on a sharing basis
- Inner Line Permit (where applicable)
- Driver allowance
- Parking and toll charges
- Driver accommodation and meals
4. Package Exclusions
- Breakfast on the first day
- Lunch and dinner (to be paid directly at the hotel)
- Transportation for Bumla Pass, Pangateng Tso Lake, and Madhuri Lake
- Room heater charges
- Entry fees to monuments, parks, or attractions
- Any personal expenses not mentioned in inclusions
5. Special Note
Transportation charges for Bumla Pass, Pangateng Tso Lake, and Madhuri Lake are not included in the package. The additional cost is ₹5,500 per vehicle (Tawang local vehicle), subject to availability and weather conditions.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and hotel policies.
- No refund will be provided for unused services or early check-outs.
- In case of natural calamities, road closures, or government restrictions, no refund will be guaranteed.
7. Changes in Itinerary
Joy Tour & Travel reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, road situations, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances without prior notice.
8. Guest Responsibility
- Guests must carry valid identity proof during travel.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage to hotel property or vehicle will be chargeable to the guest.
9. Liability
Joy Tour & Travel acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for accidents, loss, injury, delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or government actions.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Joy Tour & Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
